Safety State of Escalators and Moving Walks

Description

Escalators and moving walks are regulated by Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and there are specific standards.
Standard EN 115 specifies the safety requirements of escalators and moving walks.
Standards EN 12015 and 12016 specify the EMC requirements both for the emissions and immunity of escalators and moving walks.
Standard EN 115-2 indicates the rules for improving the safety of existing escalators and moving walks.
i9s inspects your existing escalators and moving walks to assess whether any safety improvements are needed. We also inspect EMC conformity and whether they comply with the safety standard in terms of their construction and installations.
